Product overview
The LAB-25 airflow pulverizer is mainly used for ultrafine pulverization experiments of small amounts of high value-added powders, and has a high recovery rate. This series is very suitable for ultrafine grinding of high value-added samples such as pharmaceuticals.
Basic principles
Firstly, add the powder into the feeding hopper. Based on the Venturi effect, under the high-speed flow of compressed air in the feeding tube, negative pressure is generated at the bottom of the feeding hopper, which generates adsorption and brings the material into the crushing chamber. The high-speed airflow sprayed out by the crushing nozzle forms a supersonic flow, causing the materials to collide, shear, and collide with the walls of the crushing chamber to achieve the goal of crushing into fine powder. During the high-speed movement and crushing process of the logistics, particles of different fineness will generate different centrifugal forces in the rotating airflow. Qualified fineness powder particles will be carried out of the feeding tube by the exhaust airflow due to the centripetal airflow force being greater than their centrifugal force, while larger particles will continue the crushing process with the high-speed movement of the logistics.
Performance characteristics
